REBELS CAUSE FIRES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Sept. 14, 8 p.m. Delhi, Sept. 13. A large body of rebels in the Palghat district burned the records of the Monnarghat Courthouse. They set fire to forgets and burned a number of buildings.
