As a result of the battle for Angora the Greeks are withdrawing westward. It is believed that during the battle there were 18,000 Turkish and 12,000 Greek casualties.

According to Smyrna reports the Greeks, haying occupied strategic positions on the heights of East Gordios, are making preparations to advance on Angora, but are suffering serious losses. Kemal is preparing a strong resistance.—Times Service.
