INGLEWOOD COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER IN RE £3OO LOAN FOR THE NORFOLK ROAD WEST NO 2. SPECIAL RATING AREA, yN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in it in that behalf by Section 16 of the Local Bodies Act, 1913, and all other powers and authorities in that behalf enabling and with the written consent of the ratepayers of the Norfolk Road West No. 2 Special Rating Area hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers of the aforesaid Norfolk Road West No. 2 Special Rating Area, the capital value of whose properties as appearing on the valuation roll of the District is collectively greater than the Capita] value of those properties of those Ratepayers who did not so consent, the Inglewood County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follow's:—
“That for the purpose of draining and forming the Norfolk Road West within the Norfolk Road West No. 2 Special Rating Area, the Inglewood County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £3OO, such loan to be for a period of thirty-six years and a half, at the rate of £5 12s 2d per centum per annum; to -strike as a security for such Loan a Special Rate of one penny and seven-tenths in the pound upon the rateable Value of al] rateable property of the Norfolk Road West No. 2 Special RatingArea, comprising:—Sections 3 and 4, containing 399 acres, section 5 containing 125 acres, sections 6 and 7 containing 447 acres, Lot 1, part section 8, containing 117 acres 2 roods 37 perches; Lot 2, part section 8, containing 100 acres; section 190, containing 68 acres; section 191, containing 60 acres, sections 192/3 and 194, containing 167 acres; sections 19£ and 196, containing 143 acres 3 roods; and section 197, containing 107 acres, all Block XI F»j, Egmont Survey District 1 , which is hereby constituted the Norfolk Road West No. 2, Special Rating Area, and to pay out of such Loan the cost of raising, and the first year’s principal , and interest on the loan.
