ZIONIST MERCHANT FLEET.

DISPUTE OVER FIRST SHIP. Paris, August 28. The Marseilles correspondent of Lc Matin states that as the Zion, the first vessel of the Zionist merchant marine, was starting for Alexandria, the police commissary handed the captain a warrant for seizure of the vessel in default of the payment of the balance of the ship’s purchase money. The captain insisted on starting, whereupon the commissary had the engine disabled. Subsequently the vessel was allowed to proceed.
