Dr. Kimmins, speaking at the British Association, declared that tests of 1,750,000 troops showed that one man out of every forty had a mentality not above the normal of a ten-year-old child. The anthropology section passed a resolution in favor of the establishment of Stateaided Imperial schools of anthropology in the taterests of native races of the Empire. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
