In the matter of “The Electric Power Boards Act, 1918,” and the amendments thereto, and of “The Local 'Elections and Polls * Act, 1908,” and the amendments thereto. pUBLIC NOTICE ia hereby given that the Election of Representatives for the Constituent District of that portion Of the County of Egmont comprised in the Opunake Electric Power District will -be held on Monday, the 26th day of September, 1921, and I appoint the County Office, Napier Street, Qpunake, as the place, and Monday, the 19th day of September, 1921, up to noon, as the day and time for the nomination of Candidates for such office. The Constituent District comprises the whole of the Oeo and Opunake Ridings of the County and that portion of the Rahotu Riding of the County east of the Moutoti Stream.
