COURSING.

CUP MEETING TO-DAY. Great sport is in store for the visitors to the President Cup coursing meeting at Glenavon, Smart Road, to-day. This meeting will conclude the coursing season in New Plymouth, but, although it is the last, everything possible has been done to make it not the least attractive of the season’s meetings. The ha.res are reported to be of the best, and the dogs are ip great form. The President Cup is valued at £l5, besides •which the winner will receive £l5. The runner-up gets £7, and the owner of the third dog £3.
