FRANCE WILL ACT. Bri Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright Paris, Sept. 4. M. Bonnevay, Minister of Justice, in a speech, said that France has no further interest in the decisions of the Leipzig Court. She would not give up the pursuit of justice, and would not allow foreign international interests to influence her decision to bring the culprits to task.
