The Sunday Express’ San Sebastian correspondent says there is rigid censor* ’hip over the news from Madrid, where the revolutionary feeling is increasing over the Moroccan situation, even to the extent of imperilling King Alfonso’s throne. The Daily Telegraph’s Madrid correspondent states that violent attacks on the outskirts of Mellila were repulsed, the Kabyls losing enormously. Little change in the situation is expected until the arrival of more war material.
