ft. ARNST TRAINING. R. Arnst, tile world’s champion sculler, is assiduously training on the Wairau River, and he has been rowing daily with “Jumbo” Wells, who is greatly benefiting through the tuition thus afforded him says the Marlborough Express. A match between P. Hannan and Wells is being talked of, mid it is probable that sin* a contest will take place before the world’s championship is rowed by Arnst and Hadfield. It has not yet. been decided whether tire world's championship will be rowed on the Wairau River or the Wanganui
