VICTORY. q’HE twelfth Annual Targo-Florio Mo* tor Car road rare, the classic Sicilian event, over a 270 miles course, one of the most difficult tests in the world, hae juso been won by a 6-cylinder ■'P.I.A.T.,’’ driven by an amateur driver, The race comprised four laps of the Is. land, and it is estimated that 6000 acuta turns had to be negotiated.
