DARING ROBBERS ARRESTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, August 29. Five arrests have been made as the result of a daring robbery of the Masonic Temple safety deposit vaults at Chicago. The robbers secured bonds and other valuables valued at £50,000. The police believe the janitors assisted four unmasked tobbers, who coolly rifled the vaults. DEATH OF SCULLY. Sydney, August 30. A Sydney cajile announces the death of Scully, a witness in the trial of the Industrial Workers of the World, from an acute attack of meningitis. FIGHTING IN VIRGINIA. New York, August 29. At Logan fighting has been resumed between the miners and the State forces. One has been killed, six wound- , ed and two are missing. FATAL MOTOR COLLISION. London, August 29. Two persona were killed and fourteen injured, some critically, in a collision between a charabanc and a private oar on the borders of Renfrewshire and Ayrshire.
