NO TRACE OF THE VESSEL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—voD v rlght. . Ottawa, August 29. The Canadian Winner, the Algerine, and the United States cutter Snohonush started abreast this morning to sweep the seas eastward where the Canadian Importer was last seen. The captain of the Snohonush wirelessed early today that the sea had moderated after the gale. Lots of timber had been sighted and he was convinced that the Canadian Importer had foundered on Friday. There was no trace of the crew. He wae continuing the search.
