LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
THE SILESIAN REPORT. VOLUMINOUS DOCUMENTS. Geneva, August 28. Baron Ishii has begun the drafting of the Silesian report for presentation to the League of Nations’ Council on Monday. This will be merely a survey of the situation. It will probably take several months to study t'he voluminous documents, as the mere enumeration of their headings fills nine closely-typed pages.
