IN MEMORIAM.
KNUCKEY.—In loving memory of our dearly loved son and brother. Rifleman .Tack Knuckey, 26th Reinforcements, killed in action in France, August 30, 1918; aged 21 years 7 months. The little white crosses are everywhere set. In a land that is smiling and fair; And the people who love it will never forget, To mention them often in prayer. Our hearts may be heavy and ready to break, But they stand in a. God-given light; Our loved one who died for humanity’s sake, Sleeping under the crosses of white. Asleep with New Zealand's heroes. —lnserted by his sorrowing parents, O. J. and E. J. Knuckey, brothers and sisters.
