CROQUET.

NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. The annual meeting of tl:e New Plymouth Club was held on Saturday. Alesdames Alortison, Haseler, Waters, Rockel, Harrison and Hutchen were elected a committee. Mrs. Haseler resigned the secretaryship and received a hearty vote of thanks for past services. Mrs. Arthur Fookes was appointed secretary. Airs. Haseler also resigned as delegate to the Croquet Association, and Mrs. Harrison was elected. It was decided to reinstate ladder matches. The usual club and inter-dub matches will be played, also the American tournament, and the season will be opened with a golf croquet match.
