GOLF.
ELTHAM CLUB. The Eltham Golf Club is now holding Its annual competitions. The handicap for the president’s trophy has been completed. The competition was three rounds of eighteen holes. The contest in the senior division was won by W. Harrison. W. D. Ross being runner-up. In the junior H. G. McDonald was the winner, H. Dale being runner-up. WAVERLEY LADIES v. PATEA. A match was played between Patea ladies , and Waverley ladies on the Patea links last 1 Wednesday, resulting in a win for Waverley by 5 to 3.
