President Harding has announced that Jtfin treaty with Germany will be signed soon and the draft submitted'to the Senate foreign relation? committee. It learned at White House that it proTides for the resumption of p**ace time relations., with the exception of some commercial understandings. No other treaty is contemplated. It is understood that the American Commissioner in Berlin has already been instructed to sign, senators having given President (folding their approval.
