THE ARABIAN REFERENDUM. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Cairo. August 20. The Press announces that the result of the Arabian referendum was the unanimous election of Feisul as King. His accession will be celebrated at Bagdad pit August 21 on a scale of magnificence rectclijng the Arabian Nights. Three hundred thousand have arrived to participate and hostile tribes are testifying tirejr submission and loyalty.
