; ARNST TO ROW HADFIELD. By Telegraph.—Press Assnciatlnn. Blenheim, August 11. Arnst this morning deposited £25 with R. P. Furness, proprietor of the Marlborough Express, covering Hadfield’s deposit for the world’s sculling championship, to he rowed either on the Wanganui or the Walrau Rivers. The champion prefers the Wairau, but nothing l?as been definitely fixed. Arnst starts training here immediately for tho contest, which takes places about three months hence.
