Sir James Marchant is planning a world .tour, including Australia, New i Zealand, Canada and the United States with a view to organising an international conference in Europe, in 1922 to deal with the re-affirmation of the normal ideal relating to sex marriage, parenthood, the rise and fall of populations land birthrates. He says the tour does not represent any party, creed or association, but whites of world-wide standing are joining together to prevent racial submersion. All bishops, nonconformist leaders.
