By Telegraph.— Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds, giving place soon to increasing westerlies. Especially in and southward of Cook Straits. Weather probably milder and fair in east coast districts. Expect increasing cloudiness. Another spell of rough weather is likely to follow shortly. The barometer is rising slowly in the north and falling again soon in tho south.
