DUNEDIN MUNICIPAL FINANCE. By Tal«ffrapb.—Press Association. Dunedin, Laat Night. The Dunedin City Council debenture loan of £lOO,OOO is proving popular with investors and the amount taken up last week was in the vicinity of £40,000. As regards the response which has been made to the request that rates should be paid early the city treasurer states that the amount is abdut double that received on this date last year. Up to the present about £23,000 has been paid in.
