HIGHER THAN NEW ZEALAND. By Telegraph —Press Association Wellington, Last Night. The Hon. E. P. Lee, who returned from Samoa and Sydney, to-day said it was a surprise to most New Zealanders who visit Sydney to find goods there, especially clothing, ticketed in shop windows 'at much higher prices than in New Zealand. Fruit was dearer in Sydney than in Wellington. Some New Zealanders in Sydney had complained that the very best pipe tobacco wan obtainable in the Dominion at 8d or 9d an ounce, while in Sydney there was only one price for standard brands, a shilling an ounce.
