Bill’s Gift; King Heather beat Heatherficld; Pride of Britain beat Island Boy, Baby Bunting beat Brindle Lady; Circus Clown beat Tip Up; Pretty Micky beat Black Clumpion; Jolly Th- beat Hooligan Lady; Lou beat Prtma Donna; Gloaming beat Queen Heather; Gambler’s Gold beat Lady Althea: Teggoty beat Commtoerj Gipsy Gem beat Charge; Belle of Becalla a bye. Owing to the treacherous nature of the weather there was heavy mortality among the hares, with the result that tire stewards decided to delete tho running of the Waterloo Purse from the programme and make aa equal division of the stake.
