By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Nigtt. Present indications are for west to southwesterly gales. Cold and stormy weather, with heavy rain and flooded rivers in many parts. Snow on higher levels and in the south. Expect very heavy seas on all the western coast and south of Castlepoint. The barometer will rise fast everywhere soon.
