In the small car event (1500 c.c.), a stock model 12-16 h.p. car similar to our present demonstration car now at Eltham won with an average speed of 43.6 miles per hour, beating the average time I of 41.5 miles per hour of the winning : car in the previous event for bigger cars ! (2000 c.c.) I The fastest time of the day was put up in the $5OO c.c. class -by a 20-25 h.p. F.I.A.T. with an average speed for the course of 53.1 miles per hour.
