lANNDAL HECiING. The twenty-fifth annual meeting of tli« . above company was held In th© Oaonul Foil on Thursday last, when Mr Ixs. Whey butter to the value of £862 was made during the year. Casein to the value of £1737 was made during the butter-making perlpd. The balance-sheet stowed the total receipts as £59,122 16s Bd, the largest items of pendittirt being’ Export charge £575, boxes and crates £902, cartage £998, fuel £650, repairs £172, stores and requisites £1604, salaries £2376. The sum of £45.93G wa«< j paid to suppliers. The report and was adopted after considerable discussion. The following directors were elected foil' the ensuing year: Kina Ror*l, Mr. F. Bay-., lis; Arawhata, Mr. D. Markham; main tory, Mr. J. C. O’Borke, and JYoung, J. Fleming, T. Gardiner, and Geo< Clegg. At a subsequent (meeting Mr. X C/ , o*Rorke was elected chairman. I Mr. Geo.
