The second trial of Bakaraia Te KnhH on a charge of murdering Richard Elliot at Ongarota on Easter Sunday ooiuinencej this morning. Tn the trial on June 24 the jury disagreed. The (k?urt was crowded. The prisoner showed no signs of distress. Evidence war given similar to that at the previous hearing regarding the movemen t. of- deceased and accused and the hearing of shots fired.
