IS IT FROM CANASTOTA! By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Sydney, August 2. The charred wreckage includes a number of casks of tallow marked “PAT,” jrhich the agent of the Canastota states be believes to be identical with the markings on tallow shipped on the Steamer at Brisbane. [This refers to the wreckage washed ashore at the Lord Howe Islands, which is connected with the missing Canastota.]
