THE PRINCE OF WALES’ VISIT. A BOYCOTT PROPOSED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Delhi, July 29. An All-India Congress Committee, attended by all prominent native leaders, now meeting at Bombay, carried a resolution urging a boycott of the Prince of Wales’ visit and a boycott of foreign cloth od the lines suggested by Mr. Ghandi. It also declared that dealers be permitted to retain existing stocks of foreign cloth for re-exportation only. Mr. Ghandi’s suggestion to convert the national schools and colleges into spinning and weaving schools was rejected. — Reuter. VISIT NOT TO BE ABANDONED. London, July 29. Considerable newspaper agitation is going on, urging the postponement or abandonment of the Prince of Wales’ visit to India.
