GERMANY BUYING DOLLARS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright New York, July 26. Seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars’ worth of silver has been received from Germany for the purchase of dollar credits for reparations purposes. It is expected Germany will ship approximately ten million dollars’ worth of silver within a short period.
