Gandhi and the Ali brothers are busily campaigning in the Bombay Presidency for a complete boycott .of foreign cloth by August 1. Numerous meetings are held daily, and the audiences are urged to destroy their clothes made of foreign cloth or to dispatch them somewhere outside India for the relief of the poor.
