AMERICA’S TAXATION REVENUE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received July 25, 5.5 p.m. Washington, July 24. It is announced that the United States 1919 income tax amounted to 1,269,000,000 dollars, nearly 142,000,000 dollars more than in 1918. There were 65 persons reporting incomes of a million or more, but this is 151 less than in 1916. The number of persons who filed returns as individuals wu 5.332,760.
