OPPOSE BRITISH IMMIGRATION. by Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Capetown. July 21. The Nationalists are much concerned regarding the Dominions’ settlement schemes now being disenstwd in Britain. They strongly oppose emigration from Britain on the grounds that the Afrikanders’ position would be threatened. De Burer, the principal Afrikander organ, says Afrikanders possess a powerful n\eans of defence in their language, and it advocates a comprehensive lanrguage boycott and the formation of ?n Afrikander economic fund, pledging member*? to insist on the use of the Dutch language in all with Government department© and officials, and also in all busdness transactions.
