Another British Friesian cow has reached the 2CH)O gallon mark, bringing the total number in England o? 2000gallon cows to sixteen, one of which has twice accomplished the feat. The latest claimant to fame is the black and white cow Terling Elsa 111., owned by Mr. A. F. Chillingworth, Reddown, Highworth. Wilts. Since calving on May 2, 1920, she gave 2003 gallons of milk in 336 days to April 8, 1921, when she was still yielding over' 5 gallons daily. Her previous highest record was 1375 gallons after calving on November 9th, 1916. She calved again on March 3, 1918, giving 1234. and again on April 8, 1919, giving 1277 gallons.
