ATTACKS ON ALLIED SOLDIERS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received July 20, 9.30 p.m. Paris, July 19. Attacks upon Allied soldiers on tfre 17th inst. in Upper Silesia proved the timeliness of Saturday’s French Note to Germany announcing the dispatch of French reinforcements to Upper Silesia. The report of alleged French and British rivalry is declared to be a very clumsy German attempt to split the Entente ’C-ordiale.—Reuter Service. Received July 20, 5.5 p.m. Paris, July 19.
