GREAT ACTIVITY IN GERMANY NEGOTIATIONS WITH NORWAY. By Telegraph —Preu Assn. —Copyright Paris, July 9. The Hamburg correspondent of the Petit Parisien states that two navigation companies were formed during last year by Herr Stinnes, the Society of Germany and the Australian Company. Herr Stinnes has already built three ships, the Tirpitz, Ludendorff and St.onka.rr, and six more similar vessels will be built before the end of the year. The Society of Germany and the Australian Company have four vessels of between 6000 and 12.000 tons in commis eion, and four more are building. The German companies are negotiating with the Norwegian builders to supply a large number of vessels which will voyage under the German flag.
