POLAND’S TROUBLES.
DISPUTE WITH RUSSIA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 18, 5.5 p.m. Copenhagen, July 18. The Polish Government, replying to the Soviet Government’s allegations that Poland violated the Riga peace treaty by supporting the counter-revo-Juionary organisations under General Savinkoff, states that al) anti-Bolshevik organisations in Poland have been broken, but right of political asylum is a domestic matter. The Soviet’s demand for the appointment of a mixed .commission for the triai of Polish officers and citizens is inconsistent with Polish sovereignty. Poland accuses the Soviet of stirring up an agitation against Poland. It is reported that both Poland and Russia are mobilising. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
