NEW SOUTH WALES SUFFERS” WIDE AREAS UNDER WATER. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Sydney, July 13. Flood waters from the higher reaches are now coining down the western rivers, wide areas are flooded and many residents have been compelled to leave their hornet. The water invaded several townships and cut off railway communication. Walgett is completely surrounded and some streets are awash. Embankments are being hurriedly erected. Much dam. age has . been done and there are heavy losses to stock in the flooded districts.
