It is a woman’s privilege to change her mind, and once she has made up her mind to go to the Park Tennis and Croquet Club’s Ball (whick is being held in the Coronation Hall on Tuesday, July 19, 1921), nothing will make her alter her decision. Everything to make the ball a success is being provided without regard to cost. The committee are furnishing a portion of the hall to provide comfort for those who do not care to dance aB the tim?. The supper arrangements are in the capable hands of Mr Woolier, in addition to which hot soup will be provided at 1 a.in. This will prove a great boon to country and other visitors prior io leaving for home. The music, which Vill be provided by New Plymouth’s leading orchestra, under the direction of Mrs. George, will be all that can be ’desiied. A splendid programme of dances las been drawn up, including one-steps and fox trots. The floor and decoratiols are in the hands of the men’s cornmitee, and are sure to be excellent. The committee extends a hearty invitation t) all their town and country friends to be present.
