HOCKEY.
DOMINION ASSOCIATION. By Taleartoh—Press Association Chr&tchurch, Last Night. At a meeting of the executive of the New. Zealand Hockey Association it was decided to proceed with preparations for a tour of a New South Wales team next season. A recommendation was adopted that this year's inter-island match be played at Christchurch. It was agreed to ask the major associations to nominate selectors. Challenges were received from Canterbury, Nelson, Wellington and Waikato for the shield.
