SECRET FOREIGN DEBATE. THE POLICY IN EGYPT. FULL DISCUSSION LATER. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received July 9, 1.15 a.m. London, July 7. The Premiers’ Conference to-day discussed the inner facts of the European situation, the business being secret and confidential. The Government tendered a reception to the Premiers and their wives at Lancaster House. Tho Emigration Committee is reporting direct to the Premiers in favor of the imperial Government’s emigration proposals. After Lord Curzon’s introductory statement regarding British relations in Egypt and the Milner Mission, Mr. Hughes opened the discussion, to which Mr. Meighen, General Smuts, Messrs. Massey, Churchill, Balfour and Lloyd George contributed. The conference decided that the proposals for meeting Egyptian national aspirations and safeguarding Imperial interests, which are now under consideration by the British Government, should be discussed in detail at a later date by the Dominion Ministers and representatives of India, in view of the i arrival of the Egyptian delegation now on its way to England.
