The discharge of cargo from the Opua was delayed on Monday night on account of the heavy gale, but was completed yesterday. The vessel sailed for Greymouth at 4 p.m. yesterday. THE RARAWA. Owing to encountering a heavy head wind the Rarawa did not react l New Plymouth until 8.30 a.m. yesterday on the regular run from Onehunga. The vessel brought 102 tons of cargo, including 20 tons of cement. She left on the return trip last night. CORINNA DUE FRIDAY. Advice from the Union Company states that the Corinna was scheduled to leave Lyttelton at 8 o'clock last night for Nelson and New Plymouth, and should arrive here about Friday. She will have about 850 tons of cargo to discharge here. THE KIA ORA. The Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Kia Ora arrived at Wellington on Monday from Montreal via Panama and Auckland. The Kia Ora will leave Wellington on Sunday week to load at New Plymouth and Wanganui roadstead, returning to Wellington to fill up and sail on the 29t.b inst. for London, via Panama.
COAL AND CARGO. The Kamo (U.S.S. Co.) leaves Greymouth to-morrow for New Plymouth, via Wellington and Pieton. From Greymouth ste brings 500 tons of coal for this port, and at Wellington and Picton she will pick up general cargo and chaff. Her arrival date is uncertain. WAIOTAPU ON FRIDAY. The Waiotapu (U.S.S. -Co.), from 'Frisco, via New Zealand ports, will leave Wellington at noon to-morrow for New Plymouth, arriving here on Friday morning. The Waiotapu's cargo for this port comprises 15,000 cases of benzine, etc., 115',537 feet of timber, and 400 tons of general cargo. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVED.
