THE COTTON INDUSTRY. GANDHI’S CAMPAIGN ENDED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Delhi, July 1. Mr. Gandhi has concluded his campaign to collect by the end of June one crore of rupees and enrol one crore of Congress members and introduce twenty lakhs of spinning wheels into Indian homes in connection with his Swaraj movement. He announces that the fund exceeded the crore. Bombay city led with over forty lakhs. —United Service.
