WOOL DISPOSAL.
PROPOSED GIFT CRITICISED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. London, June 28. Commenting on the proposal of the Tasmanian Farmers’ Associations to present a quantity of Bawra wool to Far Eastern nations, Yorkshire Observer says: “As Bawra is a commercial and not a philanthropic organisation, probably the Tasmanian proposal will be allowed to lie on the table. Bradford does not regard the proposal as a serious solution of the raw material problem.”
