By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate to strong south-easterly to north-easterly winds northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and freshening northerlies ruling elsewhere shortly. Weather cloudy and unsettled at times in northern and southernmost districts. Expect milder conditions generally, with increasing cloudiness soon. The barometer has a falling tendency.
