Delhi, June 27. A railway accident occurred to a train from Moradabam to Delhi as it was crossing a bridge, which collapsed and precipitated the train- into the flooded river. Fifty passengers are missing and probably drowned. The back carriages escaped. HOUSE OF LORDS REFORM. London, June 27Mr. Chamberlain, in the House of Commons, said it was impossible this session to introduce legislation providing for the reconstruction of the House of Lords. Van Burin has announced his resignation as chief counsel for the Federation of Prohibition Commission.
