By Telegraph.—Tress Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for strong southerly winds, backing to easterly shortly northwards of East Cape and Kawhia. Weather cold and changeable generally, with showers in many pares, particularly in the Easi Coast and northernmost districts. The barometer has a rising tendency.
