CONTROL OF WOOL.
THE COMMITTEE APPOINTED. MR. O. HAWKEN, M.P. INCLUDED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following have been appointed by the Minister of Agriculture to be members of the New Zealand Wool Committee:— Representing the wool-growers: Mr. O. J. Hawken, M.P., sheep farmer, Eltham; Mr. L. A. Rutherford, sheep farmer, Woodgrove. Representing the wool-brokers: Mr. W. S. Bennett, wool-broker, Wellington. Representing the wool-brokers and freezing companies: Mr. A. E. Mabin, wool-broker, Wellington. Representing the Government: Mr. T. R. Lees, controller of the Department of Imperial Government Supplies.
